The tone of the book is a welcome contrast to the other fitness products so freely available elsewhere on the internet. It understands the unique situations moms are facing; informatively but yet frank to explain the important points in fitness in just rare openness and with simplicity.

The Fit Yummy Mummy fat loss workouts are easy to follow. The workouts are not unrealistic: 2 hour daily workouts on a zero carbohydrate diets. The workout plan even offers four different formats that you can plug into your lifestyle, something not found in any fat loss programs on the market. My favorite part of the workout section is that regardless of your exercise (or lack of exercise) background, there is a workout designed specifically for you. And no matter what your fitness level is, none of the workout programs require more than 90 minutes a week.

Amazing Weight Loss Results in Only 12 Weeks? The Summer Transformation Challenge Review

If you're a woman and you want to lose weight, then you had better read this right now because I have found a way to see amazing weight loss results in as little as 12 weeks.

I came across the Fit Yummy Mummy program a little while ago and I was intrigued. The program was aimed at women (mainly mothers) who wanted to get fit and lose weight and even just tone up.
