Busy moms all over the country are jumping on the Fit Yummy Mummy bandwagon. I had to find out what all the buzz was about.

The Fit Yummy Mummy 16 Week Lifestyle System was created by Holly Rigsby who is a certified personal trainer and busy mom.

She created the program after her son was born and she was having trouble getting the baby fat off.

Holly didn't want to take time away from her child to go to the gym so she developed a program that you can do at home.

The program

Pros:

The work out is short, but it is intense you will know that you have worked out, and it is short enough that you can fit it in on the busiest of days.

You can customize the workout to fit your fitness level, you can do the full workout or break it up into shorter workouts, whatever you can do. It is a program that is designed to grow with you
You can take it with you. Being a busy mom, I am not always at home. You can use the DVD player on your laptop and get in a quick workout wherever you are. If it is a nice day you can let the kids play outside while you exercise.

The food plan is sensible and flexible. You are not locked into eating specific foods at specific times. The rules are simple to follow and there is a variety of healthy great tasting foods.
The cd's give you really great tips and reliable information. Holly really lets you know how to cope with life when you are in the middle of it.

All in all, this is a great program that is simple to use and understand. It is really designed for the busy mom who wants to look her best.

The program keeps growing as Holly sends out additional workouts to download throughout the year.

Cons

I don't think that there is enough video in the program. It is nice to have someone there telling you exactly what to do sometimes.
