Exercising not only helps burn calories but it will also tone your body. It is difficult to lose flabs especially in the middle when you are only dieting. In the morning, do ab crunches or any activity that can help you lose middle fat. In the afternoon, you can go out and have a walk in the park of just play some good music in your stereo and dance to its beat. Experts say that it does not really matter what kind of physical fitness activity you are doing for as long as your are physically active, it will still help you lose weight.
3. Get lots of sleep and stay away from stressful situation
Lack of sleep and stress can lead to comfort eating. When you lack the energy as a result of a sluggish and lethargic feeling, you might confuse it with hunger and resort to eating anything that may improve your energy level such as chocolates.
